Shipping policy

We process orders within 3-5 business days. During sales and promotions, the delivery time may be longer than usual.

Orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, from Montreal, QC, Canada, for a flat rate of $10 or free with purchase over $250 within Canada. We ship via UPS. Additional shipping fees may apply to an address outside UPS service zone.

A flat shipping fee of $40 or $30 with purchases over $250 applies to all orders delivered to addresses in the Canadian Territories. Currently we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
